- Eligibility
- Applicant must be a US resident aged 18 or older with a US PayPal business account in good standing. Applicant's startup must be venture capital backed at seed or Series A stage. Applicant must be a new PayPal customer who has not used PayPal Checkout or PayPal Credit Card processing before. Applicant must add PayPal Checkout to their website or app and process at least one live transaction within 6 months of accepting the offer.
